11/12/22 UPDATE - winter 2022 holiday schedule
Check the Karmasoft calendar for the live schedule the week of holiday, as we may have to cancel a few classes due to teachers being out of town with family.
THANKSGIVING, 2022:
- Thursday, November 24, 2022 - 9:00 a.m. All-Levels Holiday Flow with Junko. NO other classes on Thursday 11/24/22.
- Regular schedule resumes Friday, November 25, 2022
CHRISTMAS, 2022:
- Saturday, December 24, 2022 - 9:00 a.m. All Levels Holiday Flow with Keila. NO other classes on Saturday, 12/24/22.
- NO class on Sunday, 12/25/22.
- Regular schedule resumes Monday, December 26, 2022
NEW YEAR, 2022-2023
- Saturday, December 31, 2022 - 9:00 a.m. Power Yoga with Junko and 11:00 a.m. Hatha 1 with Junko. NO other classes 12/31/22.
- NO class on Sunday, 1/1/23.
- Regular schedule resumes Monday, January 2, 2023.

12/8/21 Update - NO SATURDAY YOGA AT GRAPE DAY PARK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Effective December 18, 2021 we will no longer be holding Saturday 9:00 a.m. Yoga at the Park on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. This is due to weather, and we may pick it back up in the Spring! Come on in to 9:00 a.m. Power Yoga in our delightful studio every Saturday morning, instead.
