Tomoko Nakawaki, RYT200 first started taking yoga in 2017. Her hope is to create a space where everyone can breathe and feel good together.

Jennifer Harvey is a certified yin yoga teacher and has practiced yoga exclusively at Sattva since 2005. Many of you know her as the massage therapist that worked upstairs, or have taken her stretch classes. She has been a licensed HHP ( holistic health practitioner) since 1999. She enjoys all aspects of holistic health and helping people in their mind, body, spirit journeys.
Kelly Leisten, RYT 200 completed her training in October of 2021. After injuries led her to yoga, being able to share the restorative properties and integration of mind body and spirit to promote wholeness is her goal.
